Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act to ban the use of dicamba (3,6-Dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid) for agricultural, commercial, or residential purposes effective January 1, 2023.

Prohibits any person or entity from using products containing dicamba within Illinois starting on the effective date.

Exempts dicamba products purchased before the amendatory act's effective date from the ban.

Establishes the ban to protect farmers and residential property owners from economic harm caused by herbicide drift and to protect Illinois' natural ecosystems.
