Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to establish minimum reimbursement rates for dental services provided to children and adults under the medical assistance program effective July 1, 2021.

Includes reimbursement amounts ranging from $4.48 to $673.74 for procedures such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, and tooth extractions.

Establishes baseline rates for common procedures including prophylaxis cleaning (D1110) at $48.38, amalgam fillings (D2150) at $56.82, and complete dentures (D5110/D5120) at $444.09 each.
