• Requires nongovernmental entities contracted to provide fire protection services for counties, townships, municipalities, or fire protection districts to display disclosure information on vehicles and uniforms when displaying the government entity's logo.

• Required disclosure must conspicuously display: (1) statement identifying the entity as service provider or contractor; (2) contractor's name; (3) state or federal tax designation; and (4) principal place of business.

• Defines "conspicuously display" as disclosure at least the same size as and located near the largest government logo on the vehicle or uniform.

• Establishes $1,000 fine per occurrence (each non-compliant vehicle or uniform) as a business offense, with circuit court jurisdiction for enforcement.

• Limits home rule unit authority to regulate logo display in a manner inconsistent with these requirements; effective immediately upon becoming law.
