Expands the Expressway Camera Act to include Boone, Bureau, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Henry, Kane, Kendall, Lake, LaSalle, Madison, McHenry, St. Clair, Will, and Winnebago counties in addition to Cook County for camera installation on expressways and state highways.

Requires the Illinois State Police, Department of Transportation, and Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to work together to increase camera deployment in the specified counties.

Funding for the camera program shall come from the Road Fund or Illinois State Toll Highway Authority funds and must be included in qualification process requests for both agencies.

Camera images may be used by law enforcement agencies to investigate firearm-related offenses and detect expressway hazards, but cannot be used to enforce petty offenses.

Extends the repeal date of the Expressway Camera Act from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2025.
