Creates the Crisis Intervention Training Program for Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Emergency Medical, and Corrections Community Act in Illinois

Requires the Department of Human Services, subject to appropriation, to contract with qualified entities to provide peer support crisis intervention, counseling, and wellness services for first responders and corrections personnel

Targets issues including trauma, cumulative stress, anxiety, addictions, death, and suicide affecting these communities and their personal lives

Mandates wellness strategies covering job resiliency training, emotional survival, substance abuse prevention, financial and relationship strategies, and suicide prevention

Defines qualified training entities as those approved by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation or other entities approved by the Department to provide these services
