Amends Section 612 of the Unemployment Insurance Act regarding benefits for academic personnel at educational institutions.

Removes the September 4, 2021 end date for a temporary provision allowing unemployment benefits to non-instructional academic staff, making the provision apply indefinitely to weeks beginning on or after March 15, 2020.

Allows benefits for employees in non-instructional, non-research, and non-administrative capacities at educational institutions during periods between academic years or terms, and during vacation/holiday recesses.

Benefits remain subject to the Federal Unemployment Tax Act Section 3304(a)(6) requirements and individual eligibility conditions.
