Circuit court clerks must report to the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts every 30 days on persons released on bond within their circuit.

Reports must include the number of persons released on bond, the judge's name for each bonded offense, and the offense type, bond amount, and whether electronic monitoring was used.

The reported information is classified as a public record and is disclosable under the Freedom of Information Act when requested from the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts.

The Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts shall determine the manner and format in which circuit court clerks report this information.

The Act takes effect upon becoming law.
