Authorizes limited liability partnerships to adopt and use assumed business names, with filing fees ranging from $30-$150 depending on the calendar year, plus $150 renewal fees every 5 years and $25 change fees

Grants the Secretary of State authority to propound interrogatories to limited liability partnerships and limited partnerships to verify compliance with statutory requirements, with answers kept confidential except for official or criminal proceedings

Creates a reinstatement process for limited partnerships whose status has expired due to failure to amend certificates, allowing revival upon filing an application and paying all due fees and reports

Reduces the filing fee for UCC termination amendments from $20 to $5, with $3 deposited into the Secretary of State Special Services Fund and $2 into the General Revenue Fund
