Ratifies and approves the Nurse Licensure Compact, allowing nurses to obtain multistate licenses that permit practice in their home state and other participating compact states.

Establishes the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators to coordinate implementation, create uniform rules, and manage a shared database of nurse licensure and disciplinary information across party states.

Requires nurses to comply with state practice laws of the state where the patient is located and subjects nurses to jurisdiction of that state's licensing board and courts.

Prohibits Illinois from sharing nationwide criminal history records check information with the Interstate Commission or other states for purposes of multistate licensure.

Specifies that the Nurse Licensure Compact does not supersede existing state labor laws.
