• Allows DNR to authorize hunting in state park areas through administrative order when compatible with recreational programs for that area.

• Maintains existing prohibitions on cutting vegetation, harming wildlife, fishing violations, damaging park property, unauthorized fires, and advertising without DNR approval.

• Violations constitute Class B misdemeanors; Act takes effect upon becoming law.
