Amends the Freedom of Information Act to add a new exemption (mm) for records described in subsection (f) of Section 3-5-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections, making certain correctional records exempt from public disclosure.

Adds subsection (f) to Section 3-5-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections allowing committed persons and their attorneys to request a summary of their master record file once per year.

Requires the Department of Corrections to provide a summary within 15 days of receiving a request form and make the form available on its website.

Specifies that the summary must include identifying information, court documents, criminal history, assignment history, disciplinary records (up to 3 specific incidents), grievance records (up to 5 specific grievances plus all filed since January 1, 2023), unless prohibited by law.

Clarifies that a committed person's complete master record file is not subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, though summaries may be released to the individual and their attorney.
