Creates a Division of Men's Health within the Department of Public Health to raise awareness of health issues specific to men

Division shall focus on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, heart disease, smoking cessation, respiratory illness, unintentional injuries, health equity, and cultural competency

Department shall work with mental health providers to address men's mental health, developmental issues in boys, violence prevention, self-esteem, and communication

Division must complete an annual assessment in collaboration with Illinois schools of public health on the status of men's health and recommend policy developments to address identified needs

Division shall make recommendations to the General Assembly to address health disparities among men based on assessment findings
