Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to prohibit employment discrimination based on an individual's weight and size by employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations.

Makes it unlawful for employers to refuse to hire, discharge, or discriminate in compensation or employment terms based on weight and size, unless the employer can demonstrate a bona fide occupational qualification.

Prohibits employment agencies from discriminating in receiving applications or referring individuals based on weight and size.

Prohibits labor organizations from excluding, expelling, or discriminating against members based on weight and size.

Creates a new civil rights violation making it unlawful for places of public accommodation to refuse services or deny accommodations, advantages, facilities, or privileges to any person based on their weight and size.
