• Requires occupant notification of the sale or disposition after notice expiration, delivered in person, by verified mail, or by electronic mail to the occupant's last known address.

• Allows storage facility owners to tow motor vehicles or watercraft after 60 days of unpaid rent, with no owner liability for damage once the towing company takes possession.

• Requires owners selling titled property (vehicles, aircraft, mobile homes, motorcycles, watercraft, etc.) to contact the Secretary of State and notify all identified title holders and lienholders of the proposed sale.
