Moves the Dietitian Nutritionist Practice Act sunset date from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2028 and removes it from the January 1, 2023 repeal list.

Expands the definition of regulated practice to emphasize "medical nutrition therapy" and adds new definitions for telehealth/telepractice, nutrition assessment, nutrition care services, and other nutrition-related services.

Requires applicants and licensees to provide and maintain valid mailing and email addresses of record with the Department, with notification of changes required within 14 days.

Modifies board composition to increase registered dietitian members from 2 to 4 and adjusts requirements for other credential holders eligible for licensure.

Adds grandfathering protections for individuals already licensed as dietitians, allowing them to maintain licenses without meeting new education, experience, or exam requirements beyond those originally required.
