IL HB4696

Assigns a customer identification number to each applicant for hunting or fishing licenses, allowing applicants to use this number instead of their social security number on subsequent license applications.

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to keep records of applicants' social security numbers on file and notify applicants that their social security number is maintained by the Department.

Prohibits social security numbers from appearing on the face of hunting or fishing licenses.

Requires the Department to offer successful online hunting license purchasers the opportunity to be redirected to the First Person Consent organ and tissue donor registry website maintained by the Secretary of State.
