Removes the requirement that election judges initial the back of ballots after they are properly folded before giving them to voters

Eliminates the requirement for election authorities to provide spaces both above and below the perforation on perforated ballot cards for judge's initials

Eliminates the requirement for judges to endorse their initials in both spaces on perforated ballot cards used for write-in votes

Amends Section 17-9 of the Illinois Election Code (10 ILCS 5/17-9)
