Prohibits disposal of TRI-PFAS (Toxic Release Inventory Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) through incineration, including burning, combustion, pyrolysis, gasification, and use in furnaces, kilns, boilers, and process heaters.

Exempts thermal oxidizers used as pollution control or resource recovery devices at facilities using PFAS chemicals from the incineration prohibition.

Excludes from the ban: landfill gas incineration at sanitary landfills, hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators meeting federal standards, and sludges/biosolids from municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Authorizes the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to propose rules and the Board to adopt regulations necessary to implement the law.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
