Department of Innovation and Technology shall establish and maintain government-issued email addresses for all General Assembly members, their staff, and State agency employees in consultation with the Legislative Information System.

Each government-issued email address shall use a common government domain name specific to the member or agency employee who receives it.

Members of the General Assembly must use their government-issued email exclusively for conducting business related to their legislative service and are prohibited from using personal email for government-related business.

Department of Innovation and Technology shall adopt rules necessary to implement the email address program requirements.
