Amends the Nurse Practice Act to modify qualification requirements for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure, specifically for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).

Extends the application deadline for CRNAs without a graduate degree from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2028 to obtain licensure under transitional provisions.

Allows CRNAs without graduate degrees to qualify for licensure if they completed a nurse anesthesia program before January 1, 1999, maintain current national certification, and provide work history and licensure verification from multiple states.

Permits APRNs to hold licenses in multiple advanced practice nursing specialties without multiple graduate degrees, provided they meet national certification requirements for each specialty.

Section is scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028.
