Amends the Illinois Pension Code to expand eligibility for investigators for the Office of the Attorney General to convert up to 8 years of prior service credit into eligible creditable service for the State Employees' Retirement System (SERS), subject to payment of required employee and employer contributions plus interest.

Allows State policemen and conservation police officers to convert service credit earned under SERS into eligible creditable service by filing an election within 6 months after July 30, 2021, and paying the difference between employee contributions originally paid and what would have been paid at State policeman rates, plus employer cost differences and interest.

Extends deadline and expands service credit conversion options for arson investigators, Commerce Commission police officers, and conservation police officers to include firefighter service credit under Article 4, with elections due within 6 months after July 30, 2021.

Excludes benefit increases under Public Act 102-210 and this amendatory act from the definition of "new benefit increase" subject to the 5-year expiration requirement in Section 14-152.1.

Makes technical corrections to statutory references throughout the Illinois Pension Code, changing references from "this amendatory Act" language to specific Public Act numbers.
