Amends the Wildlife Code to define "bona fide equity member," "bona fide equity partner," and "bona fide equity shareholder" for purposes of issuing hunting permits to corporate shareholders, LLC members, and partnership interests in entities owning at least 40 acres of land.

Issues free landowner deer, turkey, and combination hunting permits to Illinois residents who own or tenant at least 40 acres, and to qualifying equity holders in corporations, LLCs, or partnerships owning at least 40 acres in a county.

Limits free permits to 15 per county for corporate shareholders and LLC members, and 3 per county for partnership equity partners; equity holders intending to hunt beyond their entity's land must pay standard fees.

Permits issued without charge remain valid on all farmland owned, leased, or rented by the individual, or on all land owned by the corporation, LLC, or partnership in the county for equity holders.

Requires resident and nonresident landowners to complete a permit application and submit proof of eligible land ownership to the Department once every 5 years.
