Amends the Public Community College Act to modify trustee district reapportionment procedures for Community College District No. 522

Requires the Board of Trustees to reapportion trustee districts following each decennial census to maintain 7 compact, contiguous, and substantially equal population districts

Sets a deadline of June 30, 2022 for completing and approving the 2021 reapportionment of trustee districts by majority board vote

Maintains the existing procedure of dividing trustee districts into 2 groups by lot, with alternating 4-year and 6-year election terms for successive 10-year periods beginning in 2003

Takes effect upon becoming law
