Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to require trade unions to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training to all their workers in the state

Trade unions must use the Department of Human Rights' model training program or develop their own program that meets or exceeds the minimum standards

Trade unions are required to maintain a log documenting each worker's yearly training status

Exempts trade union workers from employer-provided sexual harassment training if they have already completed training through their union during that calendar year

Exempts workers from repeating training each time they start a new job if they have already participated in training during that calendar year
