Expands judicial facilities fee authority to Kane County, Kendall County, and Will County (previously only Kane and Will counties) under 55 ILCS 5/5-1101.3.

Allows county boards to impose fees up to $30 per case with concurrence of either the Chief Judge of the applicable judicial circuit or the presiding judge of the county in a multi-county judicial circuit.

Authorizes different fee rates for various types of civil and criminal cases, with fees paid by parties at filing in civil cases and assessed against defendants upon conviction or supervision in criminal cases.

Requires all fee proceeds to be deposited into the county's Judicial Department Facilities Construction Fund and used solely for building new judicial facilities, which must be designed and constructed with judge concurrence.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022.
