Creates the Sudden Cardiac Death Prevention Screening Act to require screening for student athletes in Illinois schools.

Defines "sport" as any school-organized activity where student athletes compete against each other or other schools for enjoyment and entertainment.

Requires all student athletes over age 12 to undergo sudden cardiac death screening before participating in sports.

Mandates screening once during middle school or high school and once before participating in postsecondary-education-level sports.
