Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act by adding a new disclosure requirement about mold conditions on residential property.

Requires sellers to disclose in the official disclosure report form whether they are aware of unsafe concentrations of or unsafe conditions relating to mold on the premises.

Adds item 24 to the disclosure checklist, allowing sellers to mark "yes," "no," or "not applicable" regarding mold awareness, with explanation required if marked yes or not applicable.

Applies the same "actual notice or actual knowledge" standard used for other disclosures, meaning sellers must report only conditions they actually know about without requiring specific investigation.
