Mandates redaction of personal information including residential address, driver's license number, state identification number, and Social Security number from publicly available identification records.

Applies to public works projects funded in whole or in part by state or federal funds administered by the state of Illinois.

Maintains existing requirement that contractors employ at least 90% Illinois laborers on such projects, with exceptions when Illinois laborers are unavailable or incapable of performing specific work.
