Suspends sections of the Employee Washroom Act, Work Under Compressed Air Act, Underground Sewer Employee Safety Act, and Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act, making them inoperative upon the effective date of this amendment.

Allows the Director of Labor to reinstate suspended acts by adopting a rule if corresponding federal OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910.141, 1910.120, 1910.146, 1926.800-804, 1926.1201-1213, and 1910.1200) are repealed or revoked.

Removes language from the Underground Sewer Employee Safety Act stating that federal or state health and safety regulations would control in case of conflict with state law.

Updates references in the Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act from the 95th General Assembly to the 102nd General Assembly.

Applies to all employers engaged in any occupation or business in Illinois, including state and local government entities.
