• Repeals the Rural Diversification Act (20 ILCS 690).

• Repeals Section 10-20 of the Department of Human Services Act and Section 2310-370 of the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law.

• Repeals Section 2705-610 of the Department of Transportation Law and Section 9.2 of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act.

• Repeals the Build Illinois Act (30 ILCS 750) and Section 7 of the Toxic Pollution Prevention Act.

• Repeals 39 sections from the State Finance Act (30 ILCS 105) relating to various special funds, and repeals Section 5.1 of the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act and Section 8.2 of the State Property Control Act.

• Takes effect upon becoming law.
