Reduces the waiting period for licensees to apply for expungement of disciplinary records from 3 years to 2 years after the date of final disciplinary action or license restoration

Changes the timing reference from when the "offense occurred" to when the "final disciplinary action" was issued by the Department for both the waiting period and the requirement of no subsequent discipline

Reduces the waiting period for applicants granted petition review for permanent denial or revocation from 7 years to 2 years to have those records classified as confidential

Lowers the application fee for expungement of permanent denial or revocation records from $200 to $175

Maintains the $175 fee and existing eligibility requirements for standard disciplinary record expungement, including no pending investigations and no current disciplinary status
