Reduces the vehicle registration fee for senior citizens approved for benefits under the Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities Property Tax Relief Act from $24 to $10

Applies to passenger cars with standard multi-year registration plates, digital registration plates, various special registration plates, motor vehicles registered at 8,000 pounds or less, and recreational vehicles registered at 8,000 pounds or less

Extends the reduced fee to spouses of eligible senior citizens, as well as widows and widowers of claimants for the registration year in which the claimant was eligible

Exempts eligible seniors and their spouses from vehicle registration surcharges under Section 3-806

Limits the reduced registration fee to one vehicle per eligible individual within any 12-month period, and does not apply to additional fees for vanity, personalized, or special license plates
