Prohibits public schools and higher education institutions from requiring students to affirm that any race, sex, ethnicity, religion, or national origin is superior or inferior, that individuals should be adversely treated based on these characteristics, or that individuals are responsible for historical actions of their demographic group.

Grants parents, legal guardians, and students the right to object to and refuse curriculum units that compel affirmation of prohibited tenets, with school boards required to review and resolve objections through remedies including curriculum modification, alternative curriculum, grade exclusion, or curriculum review.

Requires school boards to ensure transparent and immediate public access to curriculum and to establish policies for parental involvement in curriculum decisions, particularly for contentious topics.

Prohibits retaliation against students who raise curriculum objections, including ostracism, singling out, harsher grading, or transfer.

Allows school boards to submit referendum questions to voters to approve or disapprove use of taxpayer funds for specific curriculum if requested by majority board vote or petition with 250 signatures or 10% of student attendance, whichever is less.
