• Requires persons or entities charging fees, selling items, or collecting money at events on Department of Natural Resources property to obtain a permit to sell and pay a 10% fee on all revenue generated.

• All funds collected are allocated to the specific site where fees were collected.

• Waives all permit fees, facility fees, and the 10% revenue fee for formally recognized Friends Groups and all fishing tournaments and clubs.

• Provides resident military members returning from active duty one free hunting license, one free trapping license, one free Deer Hunting Permit, and one free State Habitat Stamp if applied for within 2 years of service.

• Reduces hunting license fees to one-half the standard rate for all resident veterans regardless of deployment status.
