Adds a new duty to the Attorney General Act requiring the Attorney General to fulfill responsibilities set forth in the Crime Victims Compensation Act.

Requires the Attorney General to conduct an annual awareness campaign informing individuals of their rights under the Crime Victims Compensation Act, including eligibility and application procedures.

Maintains existing Attorney General duties under the Crime Victims Compensation Act, including investigating claims, preparing investigatory reports, providing compensation determination letters, and representing the State of Illinois in Court of Claims hearings.
