Amends the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act to add Section 33 regarding employees' personal use of employer-provided electronic devices.

Requires employers to permit employees or their family/household members who are victims or alleged victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, gender violence, or crimes of violence to use employer-provided electronic devices for personal use to document or communicate acts of violence.

Mandates employers grant access to photographs, video recordings, sound recordings, and digital documents or communications stored on employer-issued devices when needed by victims or alleged victims during criminal proceedings to establish or support violence allegations.

Applies to all employers covered under the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
