Requires group and individual accident and health insurance policies, as well as managed care plans amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the effective date to provide coverage for basic fitness center membership costs for individuals 65 years of age and older.

Makes conforming amendments to the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971, Counties Code, Illinois Municipal Code, School Code, Health Maintenance Organization Act, Limited Health Service Organization Act, Voluntary Health Services Plans Act, and Illinois Public Aid Code to incorporate the new senior fitness coverage requirement (Section 356z.53).

Applies to all self-insured counties, municipalities, school districts, and state employees when they provide health insurance coverage to employees.

Department of Insurance shall enforce the requirements of this Act.

Removes references to Section 356z.43 and adds references to new Section 356z.53 across affected state codes.
