Amends the Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera Act to require law enforcement agencies to release body camera recordings to parents or legal guardians within 7 calendar days of receiving a written demand if the recording shows a person under 18 years old being shot or tased by an officer.

The disclosure requirement applies to the entire recording and is mandatory regardless of other provisions of law.

A written demand for such disclosure is not treated as a Freedom of Information Act request.

This requirement creates a specific exception to standard body camera disclosure procedures for incidents involving minors and use of force.
