Changes reference from Department of Conservation to Department of Natural Resources in Public Act 87-1243, Section 3.

Authorizes Dixon Park District to install, operate, and maintain solar panels and a solar electric generation facility on approximately 38.259 acres in Lee County, Illinois.

Requires solar facility development to minimize environmental impacts, comply with all applicable laws, obtain Department approval of plans, operate as a pollinator-friendly site under the Pollinator-Friendly Solar Act, and remove equipment if abandoned.

Mandates Dixon Park District execute an amended quitclaim deed with the Department of Natural Resources to implement solar facility requirements; authorization becomes effective only after the amended deed is recorded.

Property reverts to Department of Natural Resources if Dixon Park District violates any solar facility conditions or ceases to use property for public recreation, park, or conservation purposes.
