Amends the Chicago School Code to authorize each member of the Chicago Board of Education to select a constituent service coordinator who shall be a Board employee.

The coordinator reports directly to the respective Board member and serves at the will of that member, allowing for termination without cause.

Applies to the Chicago Board of Education structure including both the 7-member board (through January 14, 2025) and the new 21-member board (beginning January 15, 2025).

Each Board member gains the ability to hire staff dedicated to serving their constituents while maintaining the coordinator as an official Board employee rather than a personal hire.
