Designates the 47th Street Bridge over Interstate 294 as the "Brooks Edwin Tonn Memorial Bridge" in honor of a Hinsdale resident who died from rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare childhood cancer, on December 1, 2017.

Requests the Illinois Toll Highway Authority to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the bridge by its new memorial name, consistent with State and federal regulations.

Recognizes Brooks Tonn's perseverance in continuing school and playing 54 baseball games during his cancer treatment, and his motto of "Have Courage and Be Kind" that inspired his community.

Notes the establishment of the Brooks Strong Foundation following his death, which funds pediatric cancer research and provides scholarships for sports and extracurricular activities for families with children undergoing cancer treatment.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to the Tonn family, the Illinois Toll Highway Authority, and the Brooks Strong Foundation.
