Honors Petty Officer Third Class Ronald Crose (born December 10, 1945 in Keithsburg) who was killed in action while serving in the U.S. Navy in South Vietnam on November 24, 1967

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the highway designating it as the memorial highway

Requires copies of the resolution be presented to the families of both servicemembers and the Mayor of Keithsburg
