Honors Sergeant Brian Romines, who died in Iraq on June 6, 2005, while serving with the 3rd Battalion, 123rd Field Artillery of the U.S. Army National Guard

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations marking the memorial highway in accordance with state and federal regulations

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to Sergeant Romines' family and the Secretary of Transportation
