Urges the Illinois Office of Tourism to conduct a feasibility study on linking seven golf courses into the Abraham Lincoln Golf Trail (ALGT): Annbriar Golf Course (Waterloo), Gateway National (Madison), Governors Run (Carlyle), Kokopelli (Marion), Rend Lake Golf Resort (Whittington), Stone Creek Golf Club (Urbana), and Stonewolf Golf Club (Fairview Heights).

Study should include electronic tee time scheduling (initially via 800 number, transitioning to fully automated online system), automated lodging reservations, and 24/7 customer service assistance.

Study must address ongoing staff training, promotional strategies, public relations efforts, and licensing of merchandise with the ALGT logo for pro shops.

Seven listed courses constitute phase one of the trail, with potential for additional golf courses in central and northern Illinois to be added as the trail becomes operational.

Feasibility study must be completed by December 31, 2023, with results delivered to the Illinois Office of Tourism.
