Designates the section of Interstate 57 in the City of Benton as the "38th Parallel Korean Veteran Highway" to honor Korean War veterans.

Acknowledges that approximately 5,720,000 Americans served in the Korean War between June 25, 1950 and July 27, 1953, with an estimated 298,000 from Illinois.

Notes that 33,700 U.S. military personnel were killed in Korea and over 100,000 wounded, including 1,789 members from Illinois who never returned home, with 396 remaining unaccounted for as POW/MIAs.

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the highway with its new designation.

Requests that copies of the resolution be presented to the Korean War Veterans Association and the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation.
