Directs the Illinois Auditor General to conduct an additional report on how Chicago Public Schools (District 299) allocates state funding provided under Section 18-8.15 of the School Code to determine if some schools receive more resources than others.

Report shall examine dropout rates, student enrollment changes during COVID-19 pandemic, impact of 2013 school closures on funding and students, and plans to aid failing schools and re-enroll students affected by pandemic instruction loss.

Clarifies the additional report is not a formal examination of the district's accounting records, financial situation, or compliance with other standards.

Urges Chicago Public Schools to cooperate with the Auditor General in creating the report.
