Urges the Illinois State Board of Education to review existing State and federal data reporting mandates to streamline the reporting system and eliminate redundant data collection.

Directs the State Board of Education to study areas where data collection can be streamlined to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate duplicate reporting to meet different State and federal requirements.

Directs the State Board of Education to identify areas where data collection is not required by State or federal mandates and should be eliminated if not used to improve educational outcomes.

Requires the State Board of Education to submit a report to the General Assembly by December 31, 2021 with findings and recommendations on streamlining Illinois' school data reporting and collection system.

Directs delivery of the resolution to the State Superintendent of Education.
