Declares February 20 to February 26, 2022 as Grain Bin Safety Week in the State of Illinois

Recognizes that grain bin entrapments can occur in seconds and result in death from engulfment or oxygen-deficient atmospheres

Notes that in 2018 there were 30 documented grain entrapment cases nationally, with 50% resulting in fatalities

Encourages grain operators, farmers, and employees to reduce preventable injuries and deaths through education and awareness of hazards and safe work practices

Recognizes multiple industry organizations and companies involved in promoting grain bin safety awareness
