Mourns the death of Marvin E. Perzee, who passed away on July 17, 2019, and extends condolences to his family and friends.

Declares May 20, 2021 as "Marvin Perzee County Fair Day" in Illinois to honor his contributions to the Iroquois County Fair and agriculture.

Recognizes Perzee's 48-year service as president of the Iroquois County Agricultural and 4-H Club Fair Board beginning in 1967, during which the fairgrounds expanded into one of Illinois's premier county fairs.

Acknowledges Perzee's leadership roles in the Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs, including 40 years as legislative chair, and his advocacy for farm funding and legislation including farm machinery sales tax exemptions.
