Declares March 27, 2021 as African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church Day in Illinois to celebrate the church's 205th anniversary of its founding in 1816.

Recognizes the AME Church's origins in the Free African Society established in Philadelphia in 1787 by Richard Allen and Absalom Jones in response to racial discrimination.

Notes the AME Church's current membership across 20 Episcopal Districts in 44 countries on five continents, administered by 21 active bishops and nine general officers.

Acknowledges Reverend John Franklin White as the 130th Elected and Consecrated Bishop and Presiding Bishop of the Fourth Episcopal District, which oversees churches in Canada, Michigan, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois.

Recognizes the Fourth District Council's leadership and service, wishing the AME Church continued success in its mission of social, spiritual, and physical development.
